Heather Swallers: served 5 years in prison; released in 1998 on parole.
Derek Dzvirko: served 6 years in prison; sentenced to an additional 4 years in prison for lying on the witness stand, after accepting a plea bargain along with Swallers (both received reduced sentences as a result); released in 1999.
Ali Willis: sentenced to 40 years, later downgraded to 17 years; served 6 years in prison; released in 2001 and currently under “community supervision”.
Derek Kaufman, the Hitman: sentenced to life in prison, plus 30 years; currently incarcerated at Mayo Correctional Institution in Florida.
Donny Semenec: sentenced to life in prison; currently incarcerated at Lake Correctional Institution in Florida.
Lisa Connelly: sentenced to life in prison, later downgraded to 22 years; served 9 years in prison; released in 2004.
Marty Puccio: sentenced to death row, later downgraded to life in prison in 1997; originally eligible for parole after 25 years (parole for capital crimes was abolished in Florida in 1995); currently incarcerated at the Desoto Annex in Florida.
